We have been involved in the construction industry for 30 years, emphasizing in electrical and irrigation repair, which expanded into general construction, custom homes, as well as commercial renovation.  We have been focusing on conservation and have moved into specializing in water and energy savings. 

Water is one of our most precious resources becoming more scarce and expensive.  We are working with a new technology that will monitor your external water usage to reduce over, and unnecessary watering.  This will help you save water and money.    

The future of lighting is here with LED.  LED is short for Light Emitting diodes which is a low energy source of light.  LED’s use electroluminescence to produce their light which takes significantly less energy then most other lighting options on the market.  This will reduce your energy consumption significantly along with saving you money.

We feel that socially responsible living is a must, but it also must be affordable.  Our goal is to help you make investments to cut back on energy and water uses that make financial sense.  One of the biggest problems we encounter is determining what works and what doesn’t, expensive hype or real solutions.
